Jolla Smartphone is a fair quality Sailfish phone, featuring a great Dual-Core processing unit clocking at 1.4 GHz, a 4.5-inches multi touch screen, and two cameras, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 2 megapixels front-facing camera.
This cellphone is extremely thin and comfortable, with a thickness of just 0.39 inches. This phone is only 5.16" long and 2.68" wide, but it manages to hold a 4.5" screen. This time, it seems like Jolla didn't care much about the weight in this 4.97 oz cellphone.
Jolla decided to design the Jolla Smartphone using an exceptional Dual-Core CPU ticking at 1.4 gigahertz, packed into the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip and only 1 GB RAM memory which is a bit disappointing considering this cellphone's awesome processor. To handle graphic intensive games and applications, it also uses an Adreno 305 graphic processing unit working at 450 megahertz. A good advantage of this cellphone is its 16 GB quite large internal storage memory and a slot for an external memory card, which allows you to install hundreds of games and applications without any trouble.
This device includes a good level 960 x 540 4.5-inches display, which makes all photos and videos look very good. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
This device offers Wi-Fi connection (and it can share it with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), 4G (LTE) high speed connectivity and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a Micro SIM card for GSM connection.
This phone features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front facing camera. This camera also includes flash and auto-focus.
The Jolla Smartphone features a 2100 mAh huge battery, which isn't very promising for a phone like this. According to Jolla, this cellphone has a reported 9 hs talk time and a 500 hs stand by time.
The Jolla Smartphone also features a handful of nice features as Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth cellphones and accessories) and GPS Navigation, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
Jolla sells this phone for $ 249, which is a very high price for a cellphone this level. This phone is the correct option if you will use it as a social cellphone.
