LG Optimus L9 Review

LG Optimus L9 is an interesting phone released back in the year 2012, which counts with a powerful 1 gigahertz Dual-Core processor, a medium sized 4.7-inches multi-touch screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 MP front-facing camera. But let's get into some more details.

Being just 0.36" thick,the LG Optimus L9 is very thin and good-looking. The LG Optimus L9 only has 5.19 inches long, but it's still able to fit a a 4.7" screen. LG has made a really good job making the LG Optimus L9 weight only 4.41 oz.

This cellphone is powered by a TI OMAP4430 system chip, backed up by a good performance 1 gigahertz Dual-Core processing unit with 1 GB of RAM memory. Graphic rendering usually consume a lot of CPU processing time, so this phone has an extra PowerVR SGX540 graphic processing unit working at 200 megahertz to take some work out of the CPU. This phone counts with a medium 4 GB internal storage memory, which is enough for most users having that the LG Optimus L9 also has an SD memory slot to store photos and videos and even some applications that allow external memory installation.

This phone has a good level 4.7-inches display with a 960 x 540 resolution, making everything look very nice. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This phone features two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera. It is capable of filming videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD). In addition, this cellphone's camera also features a few good features: flash, auto-focus, geo tagging and fast burst mode.

This phone counts with wi-fi capability (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a modem), 4G (HSPA+) connection type, which is not so fast as LTE networks and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone is not a very good choice considering it is sold for $ 155, while other similar cellphones are being sold much cheaper than that. No matter if you need a cellphone for playing games or will use it as a social phone, this phone is definitely a very good choice for you.
