Motorola RAZR2 V8 Review

Motorola RAZR2 V8 is a quite basic device released some years ago, in 2007, featuring a powerful processor speeding at 500 megahertz, a 2 mega-pixels back camera and a small 2.2" display.

This phone comes with a quite powerful 500 MHz processing unit. The Motorola RAZR2 V8 counts with a moderate 2 GB internal storage memory, which might be a bit scarce for some users considering it doesn't ship with an external memory card slot to store more games and apps, photographs, videos.

It appears that Motorola totally forgot about weight optimization, releasing it with a 4.12 oz weight. Whereas this phone is 4.05" long and 2.08 inches wide, it only holds a way smaller 2.2" display. This cellphone is quite thin and comfortable, but it's not close to being one of the thinnest phones currently available, with a thickness of 0.46".

This device has a interesting 2.2-inches screen with a 320 x 240 (QVGA) resolution, which makes everything look good.

This phone offers 3G connectivity, supported by EDGE technologies. This phone works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone only has a 2 mega-pixels back camera. This cellphone can also film 220x176 videos. Additionally, the camera includes fast burst mode.

This device has a 770 mAh low capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is not really enough for a thirsty cellphone like this. Motorola informs a talk time of 8.3 hs and a stand by time of 280 hours for this cellphone.

This device is being sold for around 125 dollars, a really high price for comparing with similar cellphones.
