Nokia E71 is a low end Symbian cellphone launched many years ago, provisioned with a 2.4" screen and a 3.2 mega-pixels back facing camera. Great! That's it? No, it's only the tip of the iceberg.
Being just 0.39 inches thick, this phone is incredibly slim and stilized. The Nokia E71 isn't really a compact cellphone, considering it is 4.49 inches long, but it just contains a 2.4" display. Apparently Nokia forgot about optimizing the weight in this 4.48 ounces cellphone.
This cellphone comes with a 112,64 MB internal storage, a small quantity that could be enough for basic users having that this cellphone also has an SD memory slot to store photographs and videos and even some applications that allow being installed in the external memory.
This cellphone only has a 3.2 mega-pixels back facing camera. this cellphone's back facing camera lens has a F2.8 aperture so it has a lot of trouble taking clear pictures in low light environments. It also shoots videos in VGA 640x480 at 22 fps. To complete the camera, it also counts with flash and auto-focus.
Nokia packed this cellphone with an average 2.4 inches display, and a 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution, making everything look quite colorful and brightful.
This phone offers wi-fi connectivity (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a wireless modem or router) and 3G fast data connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks.
This phone packs a good 1500 mAh Li-Polymer battery, which is quite low for a thirsty phone like this. Nokia reports a 10.5 hs talk time and a 408 hs stand by time for this cellphone.
This cellphone also includes some interesting features such as Infrared Port, Bluetooth (2.0, EDR) and GPS Geolocation, and Light Sensor.
