Nokia Lumia 925 Review

Nokia Lumia 925 is a very solid phone released some years ago, in 2013, including a high-tech 1.5 gigahertz Dual-Core CPU, a 4.5 inches multi touch capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, an 8.7 MP back facing camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front facing camera. This phone is a very compact cellphone, considering it features a 4.5" display and it has just 5.08 inches long and 2.78 inches wide. This phone has wifi connectivity (which can be provided to other devices as a mobile hotspot), LTE (4G) high performance connection type and also HSPA+ connectivity, which is a bit slower 4G variation and 3G fast connection type, supported by HSDPA and HSUPA technologies. This phone uses a Micro SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone has two cameras, an 8.7 megapixels back side camera and a 1.2 MP front-facing camera. this cellphone's back side camera has a maximum 2 aperture so it can capture detailed pictures even in low lighting environments. It is also able to capture videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 fps. To complete the camera, it also counts with some good characteristics like flash, auto-focus, optical image stabilization, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

This cellphone also comes with a lot of interesting characteristics like Wireless charger compatibility, NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Geolocation, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This cellphone uses a 2000 mAh medium sized non-removable battery that provides this phone a poor battery life. According to Nokia, this cellphone has a reported talk time of 18.3 hs and a stand by time of 432 hours. A possible problem to take into consideration is that this phone's battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to live shorter, having to replace the whole phone or hopefully take the cellphone to an expert who can dismantle it and change the battery.

This cellphone costs around $ 225, which is not a good offer for a cellphone this level.
