Nokia N9 is a mid level device launched back in the year 2011, equipped with a good performance processor speeding at 1 gigahertz, a 3.9-inches multi touch display and an 8 mega-pixels back side camera.
Nokia didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.76 ounces cellphone. Nokia made the Nokia N9 in 3 different colors, black, blue and red.
Nokia designed this cellphone with a good looking 3.9-inches screen, and a 854 x 480 resolution, which makes all images and videos look beautiful. Its screen uses AMOLED capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.
Nokia decided to power this cellphone using a great performance 1000 megahertz processor and 1 GB of RAM memory. To handle graphic rendering, this phone also uses a PowerVR SGX530 GPU speeding at 200 megahertz. The Nokia N9 comes with a 64 GB amazing internal storage and though it doesn't have an external memory card slot, it it is more than enough to store lots of apps, games, photos and videos without thinking about how much storage is left.
The Nokia N9 offers Wi-Fi connectivity (but it can't be shared with other devices acting as a wireless router or modem) and the fastest 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks.
This phone only features an 8 mega-pixels back facing camera. It also films videos in HD 1280x720 at 30 frames per second. To complete the camera, it also includes a few interesting features like auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.
This cellphone comes with a medium 1450 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is quite low for a demanding phone like this. Nokia reports a 384 hs stand by time and a 11 hs talk time for this device.
The Nokia N9 also comes with a couple of nice characteristics as NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your cellphone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (2.1) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
Nokia sells this device for $ 140, which is a really high price for a phone this level. It doesn't matter whether you need a cellphone mainly for internet broswing and social networks or need a device to play lots of games, you will probably be very pleased with it. This cellphone includes Nokia Charging and Data Cable CA-185CD, Nokia Fast USB Charger AC-16, Nokia Stereo Headset WH-901, Product information leaflet and Get started guide.
