ZTE Blade II is a mid level phone, coming with a 3.5 inches display, a powerful processor clocking at 1 GHz, and 2 cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera. Great! That's it? Not at all, it's just the starting point.
ZTE decided to power this cellphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227A chip, packing a powerful 1000 MHz processor and 512 MB of RAM memory. Graphic rendering usually uses lots of CPU time, so it also uses a 200 megahertz Adreno 200 (enhanced) GPU to help handle those graphic tasks. This phone has a little 204,8 MB internal memory, which might be adequate for basic users considering that this phone also has an external SD slot to store songs, pictures and videos.
It seems like ZTE decided not to care much about the weight in this 4.23 oz phone. ZTE offers this cellphone in black and white. Although this cellphone is slim it's not even close to being one of the thinnest cellphones nowadays, with a thickness of 0.43 inches.
The ZTE Blade II features two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera. This phone also has flash.
This phone includes a good looking 3.5-inches display with a 800 x 480 resolution, providing this cellphone with a nice graphical experience. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.
This phone has wifi connection (and it can provide it to other devices acting as a wireless router) and the fastest 3G data connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The ZTE Blade II works with a SIM card for GSM connection.
This cellphone also includes a few useful features as Near Field Communication (NFC), Bluetooth (2.1) and GPS Geolocation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This device features a poor capacity 1200 mAh Li-Ion removable battery, which is quite low for a thirsty cellphone like this.
ZTE is selling the ZTE Blade II for 199 dollars, which is very expensive for this type of phone.
