ZTE Engage is a fair quality Android cellphone released in 2012, with a medium sized 4 inches multi-touch screen, a great performance processing unit clocking at 1400 MHz, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front side camera.
This cellphone is for sale in color black. Apparently ZTE totally forgot about weight optimization, putting together a 5.4 ounces product.
This device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8655 system chip, backed up by a great performance 1400 MHz processing unit with 1 GB RAM memory. Collaborating with graphic calculations, it also has an Adreno 205 graphic processing unit speeding at 245 megahertz.
This device has two cameras, an 8 MP back camera and a 0.3 megapixels front camera. To complete the camera, it also includes a couple of nice features like auto-focus, flash and geo tagging.
ZTE equipped this cellphone with a nice 4 inches screen, and a resolution of 800 x 480 , which makes all images and movies look beautiful. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
This device uses a 1900 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion battery, which is quite low for a consuming cellphone like this. ZTE informs a 8.3 hours talk time and a 600 hs stand by time for this device.
The ZTE Engage counts with wi-fi capability (but it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a hotspot) and 3G connection type, over EV-DO A technologies. This cellphone doesn't have a SIM card, because it's not a GSM cellphone and it works with CDMA networks.
This phone also comes with a handful of cool features like Bluetooth (2.1, EDR) and GPS Navigation, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
This phone is not cheap at all considering it is sold for 249 dollars, while other similar cellphones are a lot cheaper than that.
