ARCHOS ChildPad Review

Score: 36.8 / 100

ARCHOS ChildPad is a low-end Android tablet, having a good performance 1 gigahertz processor and a pretty big 7" touch-screen.

The ARCHOS ChildPad feels much lighter than what one would think about a portable tablet of this size. The ARCHOS ChildPad is for sale in white color.

Archos decided to build the ARCHOS ChildPad using a fast 1 gigahertz processing unit with 1 GB of RAM. This tablet comes with a 4 GB internal storage memory, a decent quantity that should be enough for the vast majority of users considering that it also has a slot for external memory cards to store songs, photos and videos.

The ARCHOS ChildPad has no cameras at all.

Its display uses TFT resistive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.

This device offers Wi-Fi capability (although it can't provide it to other devices around, acting as a hotspot). The ARCHOS ChildPad doesn't use a SIM card, because it isn't a GSM enabled tablet.

This tablet is being sold for about $ 105, which is not cheap for this type of tablet.
