Comparison review
IPhone 8 has a global score of 85, which is a little bit better than Huawei P20's score of 78.1. IPhone 8 is a somewhat lighter and a little thinner cellphone than the Huawei P20, although both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. Huawei P20 has a display that is just as good as the screen in iPhone 8, although the Huawei P20 also has a bigger screen, a greater pixels density and a much higher 1080 x 2244 resolution.
IPhone 8 counts with a bit better CPU than Huawei P20, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a 64-bit CPU. The iPhone 8 has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P20, because it has 128 GB more internal memory.
The Huawei P20 features a very superior battery life than iPhone 8, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity. The iPhone 8 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei P20, because although it has a lot tinier sensor providing a much worse image quality, and they both have a 12 mega pixels camera, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the iPhone 8 also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Huawei P20, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
