Huawei P20 is a little bit better than the Honor 9X Pro, with a 78.1 score against 71.9. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Honor 9X Pro has Android 10 version. Despite of the fact that Huawei P20 is older than Honor 9X Pro, it's body is somewhat lighter and thinner.
The Huawei P20's processing unit is very similar to Honor 9X Pro's processor, and although the Huawei P20 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei P20 counts with a little more vivid display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2244 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
The Honor 9X Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei P20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same aperture, the Honor 9X Pro also has a bigger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality, a back camera with a much better resolution and higher video frame rate.
The Honor 9X Pro has a way bigger storage for apps and games than Huawei P20, because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and 256 GB internal memory. Honor 9X Pro has improved battery life than Huawei P20, because it has an 18% more battery size.
