The Xperia XZ1 has an overall score of 78.3, which is slightly better than Honor 9X Pro's 71.9 overall score. Despite of the fact that the Xperia XZ1 is extremely older than the Honor 9X Pro, it's body is noticeably lighter and thinner. Xperia XZ1 has a little more vivid display than Honor 9X Pro, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
The Xperia XZ1 counts with a bit faster processor than Honor 9X Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Honor 9X Pro shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xperia XZ1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Honor 9X Pro also has a lot more mega pixels back camera, a larger sensor, a larger aperture to take better low-light images and video and better video frame rates.
Honor 9X Pro features a quite bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ1, because although it has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Honor 9X Pro features a way better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a 48 percent larger battery size.
