Comparison review

Xperia 5 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G Stylus, getting a overall score of 81 against 79.7. Xperia 5's construction is lighter and thinner than Motorola Moto G Stylus, even when both of them were only released 7 months apart. Xperia 5 features a little bit better hardware performance than Moto G Stylus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia 5 also has more RAM memory.

The Sony Xperia 5 counts with a bit better display than Motorola Moto G Stylus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels. The Sony Xperia 5's memory capacity for applications and games is just as good as Motorola Moto G Stylus's one, both of them have a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and exactly the same internal storage capacity.

Moto G Stylus counts with better battery life than Xperia 5, because it has a 27% more battery capacity. Moto G Stylus shoots much better videos and photos than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Moto G Stylus also counts with a much larger sensor providing a lot better image quality and a back camera with a lot higher 48 mega pixels resolution.

Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Moto G Stylus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G Stylus. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Motorola Moto G Stylus, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
