Comparison review

IPhone 8 has a score of 85, which is much better than Motorola Moto Z Play's general score of 74.4. IPhone 8's construction is newer and lighter than Motorola Moto Z Play's, but it's also just a little thicker. IPhone 8 features a more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto Z Play, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less processing cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64 bits processor.

IPhone 8 counts with a little more vivid display than Moto Z Play, although it has a just a bit lower display pixel density, a way worse resolution of 750 x 1334px and a quite smaller screen. IPhone 8 has a bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto Z Play, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.

Apple iPhone 8 has a bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z Play, because although it has a camera in the back with way less mega-pixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photography and videos. The Motorola Moto Z Play features a really longer battery duration than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a 93% more battery size.

Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto Z Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto Z Play. So if you want that extra features, you can buy iPhone 8, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z Play, letting go some specifications.
