The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a global score of 81, which is better than the OSCAL Tiger 12's 71.5 overall score. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is a just a little lighter and somewhat thinner cellphone than the OSCAL Tiger 12. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a newer 6.0 Marshmallow version and OSCAL Tiger 12 has Android 13 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements.

Galaxy C9 Pro shoots a bit better photos and videos than OSCAL Tiger 12, although it has a lot lower 16 mega-pixels resolution camera. OSCAL Tiger 12 features a much better storage for games and applications than Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage.
OSCAL Tiger 12 counts with better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a 25% bigger battery size.
