Samsung Galaxy A80 is a bit better than the Motorola Edge 50, with an 84.9 score against 81.2. Although it's the best in our current comparison, Samsung Galaxy A80 is a noticeably older, thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the Motorola Edge 50. Motorola Edge 50 features a much better looking display than Galaxy A80, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a little higher count of pixels in each inch of screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels.

The Motorola Edge 50 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A80, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A80 features a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 50. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount.

The Motorola Edge 50 has greater battery duration than Galaxy A80, because it has a 35% larger battery capacity. The Motorola Edge 50 takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A80, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a more MP back facing camera, a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light images.
