Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M30s is slightly better than Xperia XZ3, with a general score of 83.3 against 79.6. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M30s has 11 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy M30s is a newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and just a little lighter than the Xperia XZ3.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a little better performance than Galaxy M30s. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy M30s, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.

The Galaxy M30s has a superior battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 6000mAh battery size.
