Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 has an overall score of 86.5, which is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's 84.2 overall score. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M31 has the older 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14 version. The Galaxy M31 is a lighter cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, but both are 0.35inches thick.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much better display than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit inferior amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, way more brightness and a bit bigger screen. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much better storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy M31 has a very superior processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 10 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Galaxy M31 counts with just a bit better battery life than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has a much less megapixels resolution camera and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking photos in low light situations, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a larger sensor shooting better quality videos and photos.
