Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia XZ2's overall score of 79.1. The Galaxy M31 is a newer phone, and it is also a lot thinner and a little lighter than the Sony Xperia XZ2. Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M31, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Xperia XZ2 has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per display inch and a way brighter screen. The Galaxy M31 takes better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ2, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a larger aperture for better low light photography, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures and a much higher resolution back camera.
Galaxy M31 has just a bit bigger storage for applications and games than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M31 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M31 counts with a much better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
