Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is better than the OnePlus 8, having an 87.1 score against 76. Despite being the best cellphone we are comparing, it must be told that it is also an older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone. The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a just a bit lower display density, it also counts with a bit larger display.

OnePlus 8's CPU is very similar to Galaxy Note9's processing unit, and although the OnePlus 8 has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Galaxy Note9 features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy Note9 also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

The OnePlus 8 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing images in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs and a back camera with a much better resolution.

The OnePlus 8 counts with a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because it has an 8% more battery capacity.

Galaxy Note9 is more expensive than the OnePlus 8, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
