Comparison review
The Galaxy A7 (2018) is just a bit better than Xperia XZ2, with an 84.2 score against 79.1. Even when Galaxy A7 (2018) and the Xperia XZ2 were released with only a couple months difference, Galaxy A7 (2018) is lighter and notably thinner. Xperia XZ2 has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better screen density.
The Galaxy A7 (2018) counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia XZ2, because it has an external SD slot that admits up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia XZ2 features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A7 (2018), although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
