Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is slightly better than the Sony Xperia XZ3, with a overall score of 84.2 against 79.6. These phones have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has older 14 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is somewhat heavier than the Sony Xperia XZ3, it's somewhat thinner and noticeably newer.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a little bit better display than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a much lower display pixels density, it also counts with way more brightness and a bit bigger screen.
