The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a general score of 80.3, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5's 73.7 global score. Xiaomi Mi 5 features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has lesser cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. The Xiaomi Mi 5 features a way better display than Galaxy A12, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and much more pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy A12 features a greater camera than Xiaomi Mi 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a back camera with lot more megapixels.
