BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9981 is a mid-to-low level phone released back in 2011, packed with a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera, a 2.8" multi-touch screen and a good performance 1200 MHz CPU.
This cellphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8655 chip, holding a good performance 1200 MHz processing unit and 768 MB of RAM memory. This cellphone counts with a quite large 8 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card, allowing the user to store a couple hundred applications without worrying about space.
Blackberry didn't put much effort to reduce weight in this 5.47 oz phone, much heavier than other similar phones. This cellphone is quite slim, even though it's not as slim as many other cellphones on sale, with a thickness of 0.44 inches. This phone is 4.53" long, it just packs a smaller 2.8" display.
This phone is equipped with only a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera. The BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9981 can also film videos up to 1280x720 (HD). To complete the camera, it also features geo tagging and flash.
Blackberry equipped this cellphone with a nice 2.8" screen, and a resolution of 480 x 640 (VGA), making everything look very good. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.
The BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9981 provides Wi-Fi connectivity (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a router or modem) and 3G fast connectivity, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.
