Google Nexus 5X Review

Google Nexus 5X is a great quality Android cellphone released back in 2015, provisioned with a pretty big 5.2 inches screen, an exceptional processing unit ticking at 1.8 gigahertz, and 2 cameras, a 12.3 MP back side camera and a 5 MP front side camera. That's everything we have to say? Not at all, it's just the introduction of a much deeper review.

Google ships the Google Nexus 5X with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 MSM8992 chip, which holds an extremely powerful 1800 MHz processing unit with a huge 2 GB RAM memory. This phone comes with a 32 GB awesome internal memory and though it doesn't count with an SD card slot, it it is more than enough to store tons of applications, games, songs, photos and videos without having to worry about filling it.

Google just sells this phone in color white. Google made a very nice design job making this phone as lightweight as 4.8 ounces. Being just 0.31" thick,this device is slim and comfortable. Although this cellphone just has 5.79" long and 2.86 inches wide, it's able to fit a a 5.2" display. Talking about its design materials, the Google Nexus 5X is mainly made with plastic.

Google packed the Google Nexus 5X with a high-tech 5.2" display, and a 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution, providing this phone with a great image quality. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

The Google Nexus 5X has two cameras, a 12.3 mega-pixels back side camera and a 5 MP front camera. Its back side camera lens has a maximum 2 aperture so it can take very nice pictures even in low-light situations. It is capable of shooting videos in 3840x2160 (4K) at 30 frames per second. Additionally, the camera features a few useful features: face detection shooting, flash and geo tagging.

The Google Nexus 5X comes with a big capacity 2700 mAh Li - Ion replaceable battery, enough to provide this phone with a great battery duration.

This phone features Wi-Fi connectivity (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a router), 4G LTE-A super fast data connection and fast 3G internet connection, using HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone uses a Nano SIM card for GSM networks.

The Google Nexus 5X also comes with a couple of nice characteristics such as NFC, Bluetooth (enables communication with other bluetooth phones and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Barometer and Compass.

The Google Nexus 5X is being sold for around $ 319, which is rather expensive for this kind of cellphone. It doesn't matter whether you want this cellphone to take plenty of photos, need a work phone, will use this phone to play tons of games or are looking for a phone to mainly use social networks and internet browsing, you will probably be very happy with it.
