Google Nexus 6 Review

Google Nexus 6 is a great quality Android phone launched back in 2014, provisioned with a large 6 inches screen, a high speed Quad-Core CPU ticking at 2.7 GHz, and 2 cameras, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 2 megapixels front side camera.

This phone is for sale in two colors, blue and white. The Google Nexus 6 just has 6.27" long and 3.27" wide, but it still manages to hold a 6 inches screen. This device's thickness (0.4 inches) is quite far from current standards, but it still feels fine in the hand. Google has made a great design job making the Google Nexus 6 as lightweight as 6.49 ounces.

This device is equipped with an absolutely amazing 2560 x 1440 (Quad HD / 2K) 6-inches display, which makes it impossible to even distinguish the pixels composing the display. Its display uses AMOLED capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.

The Google Nexus 6 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 APQ8084 system chip, which holds a high speed 2.7 GHz Quad-Core processing unit with a big 3 GB of RAM memory. Graphic calculations usually consume a lot of processing time, so it has a 500 MHz Adreno 420 graphics processing unit to take care of them, leaving the processor free for other tasks. This phone has a huge 32 GB internal storage and although it doesn't come with an external memory card slot, it is still enough to store tons of applications, games, photos and videos without worrying about running out of space at all.

The Google Nexus 6 offers wi-fi capability (and it can share it with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE-A (4G) high speed connection type and also HSPA+ internet connection (a bit slower 4G type) and 3G fast internet connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The Google Nexus 6 works with a Nano SIM card for GSM connection.

This phone is equipped with two cameras, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 2 MP front camera. This phone also captures videos up to 3840x2160 (4K) at 30 frames per second. The camera also features lots of interesting characteristics: flash, auto-focus, optical image stabilization, HDR mode, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

This device counts with a 3220 mAh massive removable battery that provides this phone an incredible battery life. According to Google, this cellphone has an estimated 330 hs stand by time and a 24 hs talk time.

This phone also features plenty of great features as Wireless charging compatibility, Near Field Communication (NFC), Bluetooth (4.1) and GPS Geolocation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Barometer and Compass.

The Google Nexus 6 is not very convinient considering it is sold for 1019 dollars, and many similar phones are a lot cheaper than that.
