Haier W716 is a bit outdated cellphone, packing an exceptional Dual-Core processing unit running at 1.3 GHz, a 2 MP back side camera and a medium 4-inches touch-screen.
Haier decided to sell this phone with a high-tech 1300 megahertz Dual-Core processing unit, packed into a MediaTek MTK6572 chip with only 512 MB RAM which is a bit low for such a solid phone. To handle graphic calculations, this phone also has an ARM Mali-400 graphic processing unit running at 500 MHz. This phone has a medium 4 GB internal storage memory, which is quite good having that it also has a slot for SD memory cards to store songs, photos and videos and even some apps that can be installed in the external memory.
It seems like Haier decided not to care so much about the weight in this 5.29 oz cellphone. Haier offers this cellphone in a variety of colors like black, yellow, blue and white. The Haier W716 is quite thin, but it's not so thin as many other cellphones currently available, with a thickness of 0.43".
Haier packed this cellphone with a good looking 4-inches screen, and a resolution of 800 x 480 , making everything look vivid.
This cellphone offers wifi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ (4G) connection type, that is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies.
