Lenovo A6000 Review

Lenovo A6000 is a mid-end cellphone, which counts with a very fast 1200 megahertz Quad-Core 64-bits processing unit, a quite big 5-inches capacitive touch-screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front camera.

This cellphone is just 5.55" long and 2.76 inches wide, but it manages to hold a 5" screen. Being just 0.32 inches thick,the Lenovo A6000 is incredibly thin and comfortable. This phone is available just in color black. This cellphone feels much lighter than what one would think about a device of this size.

Lenovo decided to equip this phone with an exceptional 1200 MHz Quad-Core 64 bit CPU, included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 8916 chip and only 1 GB of RAM which is a little bit disappointing for a cellphone this good. To handle graphic calculations, it also counts with a 450 megahertz Adreno 306 graphics processing unit. A good advantage of the Lenovo A6000 is its quite large 8 GB internal storage and an external SD slot, which allows the user to install hundreds of games and applications without worrying about space.

Lenovo packed this device with a good level 5-inches screen, and a resolution of 1280 x 720 (HD), providing this phone with a very good image quality. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

The Lenovo A6000 includes WiFi capability (but it can't be shared with other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G high performance data connection and the fastest 3G internet connection, over HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The Lenovo A6000 has 2 Micro SIM cards so it's able to work with 2 different phone lines.

The Lenovo A6000 features two cameras, an 8 MP back camera and a 2 mega-pixels front side camera. The camera also counts with a couple of good characteristics like auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

This cellphone also comes with a couple of interesting characteristics as Bluetooth and GPS (Global Positioning System), and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This phone features a 2300 mAh high capacity Li-Polymer battery, which isn't very promising for a cellphone like this. Lenovo says this phone has a 264 hours stand by time and a 22 hours talk time.

This phone is not a good choice considering it is offerred for $ 249, while other similar phones are sold for much less than that. No matter whether you want a phone for work, will use this cellphone for playing games or need a phone majorly for internet broswing and social networks, this phone is probably a great option .
