LG G3 Stylus Review

LG G3 Stylus is a mid-level Android cellphone launched in August 2014, provisioned with a really big 5.5-inches multi touch capacitive screen, an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU speeding at 1.3 GHz, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 1.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera.

LG equipped this phone with an extremely fast 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processing unit, bundled in the MediaTek MT6582 chip and only 1 GB of RAM memory which is a little disappointing for such a solid cellphone. Collaborating with graphic calculations, this cellphone also counts with an ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphic processing unit clocking at 416 MHz. The LG G3 Stylus has an 8 GB interesting internal storage and a slot for external memory cards, allowing the user to store a couple hundred apps without running out of space.

The LG G3 Stylus is a very compact phone, given that it packs a 5.5 inches screen and it is only 5.88 inches long. This cellphone's thickness of 0.4 inches is a little bit far from nowadays standards, but it still feels in the user's hand. The LG G3 Stylus is much lighter than what you would expect from a cellphone of this size. LG offers the LG G3 Stylus in three color options, black, white and gold.

This phone has two cameras, a 13 megapixels back facing camera and a 1.3 megapixels front-facing camera. It is also able to shoot 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 fps. This cellphone also has some interesting features: flash, optical image stabilization, auto-focus, geo tagging and smile detection shooting.

This phone is equipped with a nice 5.5" display with a 960 x 540 resolution, making everything look nice. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This phone uses a 3000 mAh high capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery that provides this phone a marvelous battery life.

This phone has wifi connectivity (although it can't be provided to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G internet connection, that is not so fast as LTE networks and fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The LG G3 Stylus supports dual SIM cards so it's able to use 2 different carriers or phone numbers at the same time.

This phone also comes with a couple of cool features such as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Navigation, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This phone is very expensive considering it is offerred for $ 220, and many similar phones are offerred way cheaper than that. It doesn't matter whether you want a phone for playing games, will use it as a work phone, you love taking pictures or want this cellphone mainly for social networks, this phone is definitely a great option for you.
