Nokia E63 is a modest cellphone released back in 2008, coming with a 2.4 inches screen and a 2 MP back side camera. Is that all? Not at all, it's only the beginning of a detailed review.
This phone counts with a 112,64 MB internal storage memory, a low quantity that may be enough for some basic users having that it also has a slot for an external memory card to store songs, pictures and videos.
The Nokia E63 doesn't feel very lightweight comparing with today standards, weighting 4.44 oz. The Nokia E63 is a little thick for nowadays standards, with its 0.51 inches thickness. This phone is 4.45" long, it just packs a much smaller 2.4 inches screen.
The Nokia E63 only features a 2 MP back facing camera. Its back facing camera has a maximum F2.8 aperture so it's problems taking clear pictures in poor lighting situations. It is also able to capture videos up to 320x240 (QVGA) at 15 frames per second. To complete the camera, it also includes flash.
Nokia equipped the Nokia E63 with a nice 2.4-inches display, and a 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution, giving this phone a nice graphic quality.
This phone comes with a mid capacity 1500 mAh Li-Polymer battery that provides this cellphone a below average battery life. Nokia informs a 11 hs talk time and a 432 hs stand by time for this device.
This phone has Wi-Fi connectivity (although it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a router or modem) and 3G connectivity, using UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM connection.
Nokia is selling this phone for $ 445, which is not a good offer for a phone this level.
