Nokia decided to power this cellphone using a good CPU clocking at 434 MHz and as little as 128 MB of RAM. A good point of this cellphone is its quite large 8 GB internal storage memory and while it doesn't include an SD memory slot, it is enough to store a couple hundred apps, although it might not be suitable if you are fan of the largest games currently available or taking tons of photos and videos.
This time, Nokia forgot about optimizing the weight, releasing it with a 4.3 oz weight. This phone is 4.37 inches long, but it is only able to pack a much smaller 3.2" screen. Nokia equipped the Nokia X6 8GB with a very good 3.2-inches screen, and a 640 x 360 resolution, which makes it hard to distinguish the pixels in the screen. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.
The Nokia X6 8GB only features a 5 megapixels back facing camera. It is capable of shooting videos up to 640x480 (VGA) at 30 fps. Additionally, this cellphone's camera also counts with flash.
This cellphone offers Wi-Fi connection (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast data connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone uses a SIM card for GSM networks.
This phone packs a medium sized 1320 mAh Li-Ion removable battery that can keep this phone running for many hours, although you will need to charge it after some moderate use. This phone has an aproximate 11.5 hs talk time and a 420 hs stand by time according to Nokia.
This cellphone also comes with a handful of useful characteristics as Bluetooth and GPS Navigation, and Accelerometer.
This phone is not a very good choice considering it is offerred for 90 dollars, and some similar phones cost a lot less than that.
