Videocon A48 Review

Videocon A48 is a not so powerful Android cellphone, including a powerful 1000 megahertz Dual-Core processor, a 4.5 inches multi-touch screen, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 1.3 mega-pixels front side camera.

Videocon decided to equip this phone with a fast Dual-Core processing unit speeding at 1000 MHz and 512 MB RAM memory. This cellphone counts with a medium 4 GB internal storage memory, which is enough for most users having that it also has a slot for external memory cards .

Videocon made this cellphoneavailable only in 2 different color options: black and white. The Videocon A48 is extremely slim and stilized, being just 0.38 inches thick.

Videocon equipped this cellphone with a good level 4.5" display, and a 854 x 480 resolution, which makes all images and videos look great.

This cellphone has wi-fi capability (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G connection type, using UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone comes with two SIM cards so it's able to use 2 different phone lines or carriers at the same time.

The Videocon A48 features two cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. The camera also includes auto-focus and flash.

This phone comes with a 1650 mAh medium capacity replaceable battery that can keep it running for many hours, but you may need to charge it even after moderate use.

The Videocon A48 also comes with a few interesting features as Bluetooth (allows communication with other phones and accessories) and GPS Geolocation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The Videocon A48 is being sold for 155 dollars, a really high price for a device this level.
