Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is an amazing portable tablet released back in 2013, equipped with a 1.6 gigahertz Dual-Core processing unit, a large 10.1" capacitive display, a 3 MP back side camera and a 1.3 MP front facing camera.
Samsung decided to build this tablet using a great 1.6 GHz Dual-Core CPU, bundled in a Intel Atom chip with only 1 GB of RAM memory which is a little bit disappointing for a device this good. The Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with an excellent 32 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards, allowing you to install tons of apps, games, photos and videos without even thinking about filling it.
Samsung has made a very good job making the Tab 3 10.1-inch weight only 18.06 oz. The Tab 3 10.1-inch is for sale in two different colors, brown and white. Being just 0.31 inches thick, this tablet is extremely thin and stilized. This tablet only has 9.57 inches long, but it is able to fit a a 10.1" screen.
This tablet has a interesting 800 x 1280 10.1-inches screen, providing this tablet with an average graphical experience. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.
The Tab 3 10.1-inch has wi-fi connection (although it can't be provided to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot), LTE 4G high speed data connection and also HSPA+ internet connection, that is a lower speed 4G variation and fast 3G internet connection, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This tablet works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks.
This tablet has two cameras, a 3 mega-pixels back side camera and a 1.3 megapixels front side camera. This tablet can also capture HD 1280x720 videos at 30 fps. To complete the camera, it also counts with geo tagging.
This tablet also includes some interesting characteristics as Infrared Blaster, Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This tablet has a great 6800 mAh Li-Ion non-replaceable battery providing this device an incredible battery duration. An issue to take into consideration is that the Tab 3 10.1-inch's battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to live shorter, even though with such a big battery you will probably buy a new tablet before that becomes an issue.
Samsung offers the Tab 3 10.1-inch for 245 dollars, which is not cheap for this kind of portable tablet. If you want a tablet to mostly use social networks and internet browsing, you love taking photos, need a tablet for work or will use it as a gaming tablet, you will probably be very satisfied with this tablet.
