ARCHOS 45 Titanium is a decent phone, packing an extremely powerful 1.3 GHz Dual-Core CPU, a medium sized 4.5-inches multi touch capacitive screen, and two cameras, a 5 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera. That's all? Not at all, it's just the introduction of a much deeper review.
It seems like Archos didn't care about the weight in this 5.36 oz phone. The ARCHOS 45 Titanium is just 0.39" thick, making it one of the thinnest devices in the market.
Archos packed this cellphone with a interesting 4.5 inches display, and a resolution of 854 x 480 , which makes it hard to distinguish the pixels forming the display. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
This cellphone ships with a very fast Dual-Core processor ticking at 1.3 gigahertz, included in a MediaTek MT6572 chip and only 512 MB RAM memory which is a little bit low for a phone this powerful. Graphic intensive games and applications often consume a lot of processing time, so the ARCHOS 45 Titanium counts with an additional 500 megahertz ARM Mali-400 graphics processing unit to unload the processor.
This device has WiFi capability (which can be shared with other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G internet connection, which is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and 3G fast connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses two SIM cards so it's able to work with 2 different carriers or phone numbers.
The ARCHOS 45 Titanium has two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. It is also able to film videos in HD 1280x720. Additionally, this cellphone's camera also has flash.
