BLU Dash 4.5 is a decent device, coming with a high speed 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core CPU, a 4.5 inches multi touch screen, a 5 MP back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera.
The BLU Dash 4.5 is only available in black color. BLU appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 5.08 ounces phone.
BLU packed this cellphone with a very good 4.5 inches screen, and a 854 x 480 resolution, making everything look great. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.
This phone is powered by a great 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core processor and only 512 MB RAM which is a bit low for such a good cellphone. Graphic intensive tasks usually consume lots of processing power, so it uses an additional PowerVR SGX544 GPU running at 200 MHz to take some work out of the processor. This device comes with an average 4 GB internal storage, which is adequate for most users having that it also has an external memory slot to store photographs and videos.
This cellphone provides wifi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G data connection, which is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and the fastest 3G data connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone has dual SIM cards to be able to to use two different phone numbers or carriers at the same time.
The BLU Dash 4.5 features two cameras, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera. It also captures 1280x720 HD videos. This device also includes flash and auto-focus.
The BLU Dash 4.5 uses a mid sized 2000 mAh battery that provides the BLU Dash 4.5 a below average battery life. According to BLU, this phone has a reported 250 hours stand by time and a 5 hours talk time.
This phone also comes with a couple useful features as Bluetooth and GPS Geolocation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
This device costs about $ 120, which is a high price for a device this level.
