HTC Wildfire S T-Mobile Review

HTC Wildfire S T-Mobile is a decent quality Android cellphone, with a good 600 megahertz CPU, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 3.2" multi touch display. But it's time to get into a bit more detail.

This cellphone ships with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227 system chip, holding a quite powerful 600 MHz processor with 512 MB of RAM memory. Graphic calculations usually eats lots of CPU cycles, so this phone also also has an Adreno 200 graphics processing unit speeding at 128 MHz to take care of them, leaving the processor free for other tasks.

This phone feels a bit heavy comparing to other cellphones , with a weight of 3.7 oz.

This cellphone is equipped with only a 5 MP back facing camera. It is also able to capture videos in 720x480 at 24 fps. The camera also features flash and auto-focus.

HTC designed this cellphone with an average 3.2" screen, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , which makes all photos and movies look quite nice. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

The HTC Wildfire S T-Mobile comes with a 1230 mAh medium Li-Ion removable battery that provides this cellphone a quite short battery lifecompared to other cellphones. HTC says this phone has a talk time of 6.7 hs and a stand by time of 312 hs.

This cellphone has wi-fi capability (which it can provide to other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot) and the fastest 3G connectivity, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The HTC Wildfire S T-Mobile works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone also features a couple nice characteristics such as Bluetooth, GPS Navigation and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The HTC Wildfire S T-Mobile costs about 120 dollars, not a good offer for this kind of phone.
