Huawei Ascend Y220 Review

Huawei Ascend Y220 is a decent Android phone, including a 3.5-inches multi-touch display, a fast Dual-Core processing unit ticking at 1000 MHz and a 0.3 megapixels back facing camera.

This phone is equipped with a great performance Dual-Core processor running at 1000 megahertz, included in the MediaTek MT6572M chip and only 256 MB of RAM. Handling graphic intensive applications, it also counts with a 500 MHz ARM Mali-400 GPU. This device comes with a 524,29 MB internal storage memory, a poor amount that could be enough for basic users considering that this phone also has an SD memory slot to store songs, photos and videos and even some games and apps that can be installed in the external memory.

This cellphone is offerred in two different color options, black and white. Huawei appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 4.59 ounces phone.

This device has a good level 480 x 320 3.5 inches screen, which makes everything look nice.

This cellphone is only equipped with a 0.3 megapixels back camera.

This phone comes with a 1350 mAh medium sized battery, which is quite poor for a demanding phone like this.

This cellphone provides WiFi connectivity (although it can't provide it to other devices acting as a router), 4G HSPA+ data connection, which is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.

This phone also includes Bluetooth (for communication with other bluetooth devices, computers, and accessories), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
