Huawei Honor 6 Review

Huawei Honor 6 is a complete Android phone, which features a very powerful Octa-Core processing unit (they are really a Quad-Core speeding at 1700 MHz and a Quad-Core at 1300 MHz), a good size 5" capacitive display, a 13 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 5 megapixels front camera.

Huawei only offers this phone in color black. While this phone is only 5.5 inches long, it manages to pack a 5" display. Being just 0.3" thick,this phone is very thin and practical. Huawei has made an amazing design job making this cellphone as lightweight as 4.59 ounces.

Huawei packed the Huawei Honor 6 with a high-tech 5-inches display, and a 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution, providing this phone with a high level graphic quality. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

Huawei decided to equip this phone with a very fast Octa-Core CPU (although they are really a Quad-Core at 1.7 GHz and another Quad-Core running at 1300 MHz), bundled in the HiSilicon Kirin 920 chip and a large 3 GB of RAM. A good aspect of this phone is its big 16 GB internal storage and an SD card slot, allowing the user to install a couple hundred games and applications without running out of space.

This phone is equipped with two cameras, a 13 MP back side camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera. In addition, this cellphone's camera also counts with a couple of nice characteristics like auto-focus, flash, geo tagging and face detection shooting.

The Huawei Honor 6 has WiFi connectivity (and it can share it with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE-A 4G really quick connection type and also HSPA+ connectivity (which is a bit slower 4G type) and the fastest 3G data connection, over HSDPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a Micro SIM card to connect to GSM networks.

This device also includes a few interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0), GPS (Global Positioning System) and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This cellphone features a 3000 mAh incredible Li-Ion non-removable battery that can keep it running for several hours without charging it at all. An issue to take into consideration is that this cellphone's battery is non-removable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to last shorter, whereas with such a big battery you will probably buy a new phone before it becomes an issue.

Huawei is offering this device for 295 dollars, which is not cheap for this kind of phone.
