LG Optimus F60 Review

LG Optimus F60 is a pretty good device released some years ago, in 2014, having a high performance Quad-Core CPU ticking at 1200 megahertz, a medium 4.5" multi touch display, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera. But it's time to get into a bit more details.

The LG Optimus F60 feels much lighter than what you expect from a phone of this size. This cellphone only has 5.02" long and 2.67" wide, but it manages to hold a 4.5" display. Though this phone is slim and comfortable it's not even close to being one of the thinnest cellphones you can find, with a thickness of 0.42 inches.

This cellphone includes a good looking 4.5" screen with a 800 x 480 resolution, making everything look very good. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

LG decided to power this phone using an extremely powerful 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core 64-bit processor, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM 8915 system chip with only 1 GB of RAM which is a little poor comparing with its impressive CPU. Collaborating with graphic intensive tasks, it also uses an Adreno 306 GPU running at 450 megahertz. This device comes with a decent 4 GB internal storage memory, which is fine knowing that it also has a slot for SD memory cards .

This cellphone has two cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 MP front side camera. This phone also shoots videos in 1280x720 (HD). The camera also has a few useful features like flash, auto-focus, fast burst mode and geo tagging.

This phone features a 2100 mAh amazing Li-Ion removable battery, which isn't very promising for a phone like this. According to LG, the LG Optimus F60 has a reported talk time of 6 hs and a stand by time of 216 hs.

This phone includes wifi capability (although it can't provide it to other devices around, acting as a modem). The LG Optimus F60 works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

The LG Optimus F60 also features some useful features such as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Geolocation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This cellphone is not a very good choice considering it is sold for 249 dollars, and other similar phones are being sold for much less than that. No matter if you will use this phone mainly for internet broswing and social networks or will use this phone to play tons of games, this phone is definitely the right one .
