Nokia E72 US Review

Nokia E72 US is a mid-to-low level cellphone launched many years ago, coming with a small 2.4-inches screen, a 600 megahertz CPU, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 MP front camera.

Nokia decided to equip this cellphone using a good 600 MHz processing unit with only 128 MB RAM. This phone comes with a 256 MB internal storage memory, a mediocre quantity that could be adequate for some users considering this cellphone also has an SD memory card expansion slot to store songs, pictures and videos and even some apps and games that allow external memory installation.

Being just 0.39" thick,the Nokia E72 US is incredibly thin and good-looking. While this device has 4.49" long and 2.28 inches wide, it only comes with a smaller 2.4" screen. Nokia didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.52 ounces phone.

Nokia packed this device with a nice 2.4" screen, and a 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution, making everything look quite vivid.

This phone offers Wi-Fi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast data connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Nokia E72 US works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera. this cellphone's back side camera lens has a F2.8 aperture so it struggles to take good photos in poorly lit environments. It can also shoot videos up to 640x480 (VGA) at 15 fps. This phone also has flash.

This phone also includes a few cool characteristics as Bluetooth and GPS Navigation, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The Nokia E72 US packs a 1500 mAh mid capacity Li-Polymer battery, which is quite poor for a phone like this. This cellphone has an estimated stand by time of 480 hours and a talk time of 12.5 hours according to Nokia.

Nokia offers this cellphone for 79 dollars, which is very expensive for comparing with similar cellphones.
