Nokia X6 Review

Nokia X6 is a decently made phone released back in 2009, which features a quite powerful processor clocking at 434 MHz, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a medium 3.2 inches touch-screen. Let's take a deeper view of what this cellphone can do.

Nokia didn't put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.3 oz cellphone, much heavier than other similar phones. This phone isn't a compact cellphone, considering it is 4.37 inches long,but it only packs a 3.2 inches display. The Nokia X6 is a little thick for nowadays standards, with a thickness of 0.54 inches.

Nokia equipped this cellphone with a nice 3.2 inches screen, and a resolution of 640 x 360 , making everything look great. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, but it's not multi-touch.

Nokia decided to sell this phone with a quite powerful processing unit ticking at 434 megahertz and only 128 MB RAM memory. This cellphone comes with a 32 GB big internal memory and though it doesn't have a slot for SD memory cards, it it is more than enough to store hundreds of apps without thinking about filling it.

The Nokia X6 has only a 5 MP back-facing camera. this phone's back-facing camera lens has a 2.8 aperture so it has serious difficulties taking nice photos in low-light environments. It is capable of filming 640x480 VGA videos at 30 frames per second. Additionally, this cellphone's camera also features flash and auto-focus.

This phone counts with wifi capability (although it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a wireless router) and fast 3G internet connection, supported by HSDPA and EDGE technologies. This cellphone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.

This phone also includes a handful of useful characteristics such as Bluetooth (2.0, EDR) and GPS Geolocation, and Accelerometer.

This device features a medium 1320 mAh Li-Ion battery that can keep this cellphone running for some hours, but you may need to charge it after some moderate to heavy usage. According to Nokia, this phone has a reported stand by time of 420 hs and a talk time of 11.5 hs.

This cellphone costs $ 95, which is a really high price for comparing with similar phones.
