Plum Coach Plus Review

Plum Coach Plus is a decent quality Android phone, with a huge 6" multi-touch capacitive screen, a Dual-Core processor ticking at 1.2 gigahertz, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front side camera. But let's get into a bit more details.

Plum made this deviceavailable just in 2 different colors, black and white. This phone feels a bit heavy for a phone this size, with a weight of 8.82 ounces. Though the Plum Coach Plus is just 6.61" long, it's able to fit a a 6 inches screen. This phone's thickness (0.44 inches) is a bit far from nowadays standards, but it still feels right in the hand.

Plum equipped this phone with an average 6 inches screen, and a resolution of 960 x 540 , giving this cellphone a nice graphic quality. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

Plum decided to sell this device with a good performance 1200 MHz Dual-Core processor, bundled in a MediaTek MT8312 system chip with 512 MB RAM memory. Collaborating with graphic intensive games and apps, it also counts with a 500 megahertz ARM Mali-400 graphics processing unit. This cellphone has a 4 GB internal memory, a medium amount that should be adequate for most users considering the Plum Coach Plus also has a slot for SD memory cards to store pictures and videos.

This phone provides Wi-Fi connectivity (and it can be shared with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), 4G (HSPA+) connectivity, which is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and 3G fast connection type, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses 2 SIM cards so it's able to work with two different carriers or phone numbers.

This cellphone features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back facing camera and a 2 megapixels front camera. This phone also captures videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 fps. To complete the camera, it also includes a lot of cool characteristics: flash, auto-focus, face detection shooting, HDR mode, smile detection shooting and geo tagging.

The Plum Coach Plus uses an incredible 2600 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to provide the Plum Coach Plus with a marvelous battery life. Plum afirms this phone has a 17 hours talk time and a 750 hs stand by time.

This cellphone also includes a couple of nice characteristics as Bluetooth (for communication with other cellphones, computers and accessories), GPS Navigation and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

Plum is offering this phone for $ 135, which is not a good offer for this type of phone.
