ZTE Prelude Review

ZTE Prelude is a decently made device, which counts with a 2 MP back camera, a powerful 1 gigahertz processor and a 3.5" touch-screen. Let's take a closer view of what this device can give us.

ZTE ships this phone with a Qualcomm MSM7225A system chip, holding a great performance 1 gigahertz processing unit and 512 MB RAM memory. This cellphone comes with a 4 GB internal memory, a decent amount that should be enough for the vast majority of users having that the ZTE Prelude also has an external memory slot .

While the ZTE Prelude is 4.65 inches long, it only holds a smaller 3.5 inches screen. ZTE didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.4 ounces cellphone.

This phone is equipped with an average 480 x 320 3.5-inches screen, making everything look nice. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

The ZTE Prelude is equipped with only a 2 MP back side camera. It is capable of capturing VGA 640x480 videos.

This cellphone uses a medium capacity 1500 mAh battery that provides this phone a below average battery life comparing with other similar phones.

The ZTE Prelude has wifi capability (although it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a modem or router). The ZTE Prelude works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This device also includes a couple interesting features like Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Navigation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

ZTE is offering this cellphone for 150 dollars, which is very expensive for a phone this level.
