Huawei forgot about weight optimization in this 17.64 oz tablet, much heavier than other similar tablets. This tablet is a little bit thick for current standards, with a thickness of 0.61 inches.
Huawei equipped this device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip, which holds a good CPU ticking at 768 MHz and as little as 256 MB RAM.
This tablet is only equipped with a 2 mega-pixels front facing camera.
This device includes wi-fi connection (although it can't provide it to other devices acting as a wireless router or modem) and the fastest 3G connectivity, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Huawei IDEOS S7 uses a SIM card to use GSM services.
