BLU Vivo 4.8 HD Review

BLU Vivo 4.8 HD is a decent quality Android device, which features a pretty large 4.8 inches multi touch screen, a great Quad-Core processing unit speeding at 1.5 gigahertz, an 8 MP back side camera and a 5 MP front side camera.

This cellphone is just 5.43 inches long, but it's still able to fit a a 4.8 inches screen. This phone is thin and practical, with a thickness of just 0.27". This phone feels much lighter than what you expect from a cellphone of this size. BLU offers this device in lots of color options, black, pink, green and white.

This phone ships with a very powerful Quad-Core processor running at 1.5 gigahertz and only 1 GB RAM which is a little bit low considering its powerful processing power. A nice advantage of this device is its 16 GB quite large internal storage memory and while it doesn't count with an SD memory slot, it should be enough to store hundreds of applications and games, but it probably wouldn't be enough if you are planning to install some of the heaviest games available nowadays.

This phone has a beautiful 4.8" screen with a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, which makes everything look absolutely great. This screen uses Super AMOLED capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This cellphone features two cameras, an 8 MP back side camera and a 5 mega-pixels front facing camera. It also captures videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD). In addition, the camera has flash.

This device packs a mid capacity 2000 mAh replaceable battery providing this phone with a not very long battery life. This cellphone has an estimated 5 hs talk time and a 250 hours stand by time.

This device includes WiFi connection (which it can provide to other devices acting as a wireless modem or router), HSPA+ (4G) data connection, which is not so fast as LTE networks and 3G fast connectivity, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The BLU Vivo 4.8 HD uses a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone also includes a handful of nice characteristics as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
