HTC One max Review

HTC One max is a breath-taking cellphone released in 2013, packed with an extremely powerful 1700 MHz Quad-Core processing unit, a large 5.9-inches multi touch capacitive display, and two cameras, a 4 megapixels back camera and a 2.1 MP front camera.

Regarding its body design materials, the HTC One max is mainly created with Aluminium, which gives it a premium finish and high resistance. The HTC One max is a compact phone, taking into account that it features a 5.9" display and it's just 6.48" long and 3.25" wide. Even though this phone is very slim and comfortable it's not as slim as many other cellphones you can find, with a thickness of 0.41 inches. This cellphone doesn't feel very lightweight for a cellphone this size, weighting 7.65 oz.

HTC decided to build this cellphone using a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 APQ8064T chip, backed up by a very fast Quad-Core processor running at 1700 megahertz and a huge 2 GB RAM memory. Graphic intensive games and apps usually uses lots of processor time, so this phone counts with an Adreno 320 GPU speeding at 400 MHz to help handle those graphic tasks. A great advantage of the HTC One max is its large 32 GB internal memory and an SD card slot, enough to store hundreds of apps without having to worry about running out of space at all.

The HTC One max features two cameras, a 4 mega-pixels back side camera and a 2.1 MP front side camera. this cellphone's back side camera has a maximum 2 aperture so it can take great pictures even in poor lighting environments. This phone also shoots 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 frames per second, and slow-motion videos up to 1280x720 (HD) up to 60 fps (2 times slower ). This camera also includes a couple of interesting characteristics: flash, digital image stabilization, auto-focus, HDR mode and geo tagging.

The HTC One max is equipped with a gorgeous 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) 5.9" screen, providing this device with a delightful image quality. This screen uses S-LCD 3 capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This cellphone features a 3300 mAh high capacity Li-Polymer non-replaceable battery that provides the HTC One max an amazing battery life. This cellphone has an estimated stand by time of 393 hours and a talk time of 28 hs according to HTC. An issue to take into account is that the HTC One max's battery is not removable so you can't change it when it starts losing capacity, while with such a great capacity you will probably discard this phone before it becomes an issue.

This cellphone has WiFi capability (and it can be provided to other devices around, acting as a router), 4G LTE fast connectivity and also HSPA+ internet connection, that is a bit slower 4G technology and 3G fast connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device uses a Micro SIM card to use GSM services and it can work with both GSM and CDMA networks.

This cellphone also comes with a wide range of great features such as Fingerprint unlock, Near Field Communication (NFC), Infrared Port, Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth cellphones, computers and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
