Lenovo Tab A7-50 Review

Lenovo Tab A7-50 is a quite good tablet device released back in 2014, including a 7 inches capacitive screen, an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU speeding at 1.3 gigahertz, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 2 MP front side camera.

The Lenovo Tab A7-50 is extremely slim and stilized, being just 0.39 inches thick. Lenovo appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 11.29 ounces tablet. The Lenovo Tab A7-50 is only available in blue color.

Lenovo decided to power this tablet with an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU clocking at 1.3 GHz, bundled in a MediaTek MT8121 system chip and only 1 GB RAM memory which is a bit disappointing for such a solid tablet device. Graphic intensive games and applications usually eats lots of CPU time, so this device also has a 384 MHz PowerVR SGX544 GPU to help with that calculations. A nice aspect of the Lenovo Tab A7-50 is its 16 GB quite big internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card, which allows you to install hundreds of games and applications without running out of space.

This tablet has two cameras, a 5 MP back facing camera and a 2 MP front camera.

Lenovo packed the Lenovo Tab A7-50 with a very good 7 inches display, and a 1280 x 800 resolution, which makes all images and videos look colorful and brightful. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This tablet has an inmense 3450 mAh Li-Polymer non-removable battery that can keep it running for several hours without having to charge it at all. An issue to consider is that this device's battery is non-replaceable so you won't be able to replace it when it starts to lose capacity, even though with such a great capacity you will probably replace this portable tablet before it becomes a real problem.

The Lenovo Tab A7-50 includes wifi capability (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a wireless modem or router), HSPA+ 4G internet connection, which is not as fast as LTE networks and 3G fast connectivity, using HSDPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses a SIM card for GSM connection.

The Lenovo Tab A7-50 also comes with some nice characteristics like Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

The Lenovo Tab A7-50 costs 155 dollars, which is a really high price for comparing with similar tablets. No matter whether you need a tablet to majorly use social networks and internet browsing or want it to play games, you will definitely be very satisfied with it.
