Gionee Gpad G3 is a not so powerful phone, having an exceptional Quad-Core processing unit speeding at 1.2 gigahertz, a really big 5.5" touch-screen, and two cameras, a 5 MP back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera.

Gionee equipped this device with a Mediatek MT6589 system chip, packing an extremely powerful Quad-Core processor clocking at 1200 MHz and only 512 MB RAM which is a little disappointing comparing with the Gionee Gpad G3's powerful CPU. Graphic intensive applications and games usually uses lots of CPU processing time, so it also has a 384 megahertz PowerVR SGX544 graphic processing unit to improve overall performance. This cellphone comes with a 4 GB internal storage, a reasonable quantity that should be having that this cellphone also has an external SD slot to store songs, pictures and videos.
