This cellphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6591 chip, including an extremely powerful 1500 MHz processing unit and only 1 GB of RAM which is a bit low considering its great processor. Graphic rendering often eats a lot of processor cycles, so this phone uses an additional ARM Mali-450 MP4 graphics processing unit ticking at 700 megahertz to help the processor with those tasks.
