Motorola i1 is a decent quality Android cellphone launched back in 2010, provisioned with a compact 3.1 inches touch-screen, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a processor running at 500 megahertz.
The Motorola i1 is 4.65 inches long, but it's only able to hold a smaller 3.1 inches display. Motorola didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.62 ounces phone.
Motorola designed the Motorola i1 with an average 3.1" display, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , giving this phone a regular image quality. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, but it doesn't allow multi-touch gestures.
This cellphone is equipped with a powerful CPU ticking at 500 MHz and as little as 256 MB RAM. This device comes with a mediocre 262,14 MB internal storage, which may be adequate for basic users having that this phone also has a slot for external memory cards to store songs, photographs and videos and even some games and apps that can be installed in the external memory.
This phone provides wifi capability (although it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile mobile hotspot). This device doesn't use a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.
This cellphone is equipped with only a 5 megapixels back-facing camera. It can also capture 352x288 videos at 15 fps. Additionally, the camera includes a couple of useful characteristics like auto-focus, flash and geo tagging.
The Motorola i1 also features a few interesting characteristics as Bluetooth and GPS, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This phone counts with a medium 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will find yourself looking for a place to charge it even after moderate use. According to Motorola, this phone has an aproximate stand by time of 100 hs and a talk time of 3.5 hours.
Motorola is selling the Motorola i1 for 200 dollars, which is high for this type of phone.
